AzMBA is proud to offer the AzMBA Scholarship to current high school seniors who participate in marching band!

Please take a moment to share this opportunity with your senior students and encourage those who are interested to apply. This is a great opportunity to recognize and support students who have dedicated significant time and effort to their marching band programs.

Application requirements include:

• Completed application
• Transcripts
• Essay Response
• Recommendation form completed by the student’s band director
• Two additional references who complete recommendation forms

Important deadline: All applications and required materials must be submitted no later than Saturday, October 24 at 11:59 PM. Scholarship winners will be announced at the AzMBA Championships on Saturday, November 14.

2026 AzMBA Scholarship Flyer

Register now for the AzMBA Elevate workshop, sponsored by CutTime on Saturday, August 22nd. This year, AzMBA is proud to welcome Matt and Suzie Harloff. Matt is the former Director of Bands at Avon HS and brass caption for the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps. Ultimate Drill Book will also be providing a free “Stride” membership to anyone in attendance and will be hosting a post clinic happy hour.

The workshop will begin at 9am and will end at 4:30pm. Lunch break will be from 12:00pm until 1:00pm and will be provided.
