We’re thrilled to introduce an exciting new professional development opportunity for Arizona music educators and staff! This unique event brings together some of the most respected and successful show designers in the state for an engaging, collaborative experience focused on elevating your program.
Participants will take part in meaningful, hands-on show design conversations, with opportunities to receive feedback and guidance on:
- Musical and program design
- Visual effect and staging
- Effective and intentional colorguard integration
- Overall coordination and production impact
…and so much more!
Whether you’re in the early stages of planning or looking to refine an existing concept, this event is designed to help set your program up for success in the upcoming season.
Location: Campo Verde High School – Band Room
Date/Time: The morning of February 22nd; TIME TBA depending on registration
Cost: FREE!!

Directors and any staff members you’d like to bring are encouraged to attend and actively participate. This is a collaborative space built for sharing ideas, asking questions, and gaining fresh perspectives.
By registering below, you are committing to being available on Sunday, February 22nd. The AzMBA Board will follow up with a detailed schedule and additional information you’ll need to complete prior to the event. Registration will be limited to the first 20 bands to sign up, so please register ASAP. Registration will close on Sunday, February 15th.
